This program performs wildcard expansion before calling SED. Options include parsing sub-directories and performing no SED actions.
The program can be downloaded from here as a ZIP file (current version is Nov 2, 1996).
This ZIP file contains the application. Uncompress this ZIP file to a directory which is in your PATH (eg.: C:\BIN). The program is typically run from the MS-DOS command line or from within a 'MS-DOS Prompt' window.
The program can be invoked as follows:
SSED [-n] [-s] -e <command string> <file...>
SSED [-n] [-s] -f <command file> <file...>
The meaning of the options is:
| -n | perform no SED actions (useful for checking involved files) |
| -s | include all sub-directories |
